Rod is an accomplished risk consultant with extensive experience across in the delivery of professional consultancy services to Government and corporate organisations.
Rod’s knowledge of the Risk Management domain has been informed through his extensive experience as an Army Officer of 20 years service in varying Project, Security and Operational roles. His Risk Management expertise has been used across all aspects of Project and business management in both Defence and Defence Industry and the private sector and has been recognised by the Risk Management Institute of Australia, which has granted him Certified Practicing Risk Manager accreditation.
Professional Experience
Prior to starting Paladin Risk Management Services, Rod's worked as the senior Risk Management consultant within Ball Solutions Group. In this capacity, Rod completed various risk management assignments for a wide range of Government and commercial organisations including Department of Defence, Department of Transport and Regional Services, Queanbeyan City Council, Department of Environment and Water Resources, DFAT and the Department of the Senate.
Since starting his business, Rod has continued to provide a wide range of risk management services to an ever growing list of clients. Paladin Risk Management services was selected by the Risk Management Institution to design and develop its Fundamentals of Managing Risk Workshop which was delivered across Australia and in New Zealand. The company has also undertaken wok for the AFP, Department of Defence, Queanbeyan City Council and has been selected on the Risk Management Panel for ASIC.
