Develop and Deliver, Training and Awareness Packages
The Director of Paladin Risk Management Services, Mr Rod Farrar, has undertaken a significant range of facilitation and training roles. Included in these was the development and delivery of the Defence Materiel Organisation's Introduction to Risk Management package.
Paladin Risk Management Services recently developed and delivered the highly successful Fundamentals of Managing Risk Workshop for Risk Management Institution of Australasia.
Mr Farrar has also facilitated risk management training on behalf of the Australian Institute of Management.
Business Continuity Planning
Paladin Risk Management Services is highly skilled in the development of Business Continuity Plans for organisations. In addition, Paladin Risk Management Services is able to provide scenario testing services for business continuity programs that are already in existence.
